The State of the Downtown Chicago Residential Market

In its annual summary of the downtown residential market, Appraisal Research Counselors said the continuing supply of new residences will limit price increases and ensure that concessions to buyers remain common. The firm said the units that are selling the slowest are those that are larger or lack extraordinary views (David Roeder, Chicago Sun Times, 2/6/2004)
