Twelfth Annual Review & Forecast of Trends for Community Associations

and speakers on our agenda, we will recognize mcd media advisory board members
and present two awards. Next, we are pleased to welcome Richard
Monocchio, First Deputy Commissioner, Chicago Department of Buildings who
will present an overview of recent changes to the Chicago Hi Rise Facade
Ordinance along with an update from the Building Department on various
issues and activities. 2nd Ward Alderman Robert Fioretti is planned to attend
and will join the 1pm seminar session on the Mortgage Crisis. 6th District
Illinois Senator John Cullerton is planned to join the Legislative Update session
at 2 pm. We are grateful for the participation and support of participating public

Basic Income Capitalization

This course provides participants with an understanding of the mathematical procedures used to analyze data and derive value opinions for income-producing properties. It focuses on the skills needed to solve appraisal problems - e.g., perceiving the significance of the data available, deriving necessary information from data, and interpreting and testing the reasonableness of mathematical conclusions. The theory and applicability of the income capitalization approach are reviewed along with the reasoning and concepts behind yield capitalization formulas.
