Site development assignments range from appraisal of a site for purchase financing to valuation counseling regarding the purchase, master planning, re-zoning, bond or TIF financing, infrastructure expenditures, and eventual development sales/leases to end users or owners.

Properties include retail sites, office developments, residential subdivisions, townhouse developments, apartments and condominiums.

Site value is always a critical part of the appraisal process. For a vacant site, or a property encumbered by an obsolete improvement, determining how to proceed is not always as easy as it sounds. Of course, something needs to be built to stabilize income and create value. But what? We've been there.
